If you want some knock your socks off goodness, make this sauce and pair with a fresh carnita taco and some ice cold Corona beer and lime! You’ll be saying “Porpor el amor de los alimentos” 10 times over! In other words:
FOR THE LOVE OF FOOD!
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced (I use microplane)
1-2 seeded and roughly chopped Serrano chile
1 1/4 cups (packed) fresh cilantro
Juice of 3 limes, plus zest
3-4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (I accidentally spill a little sauce in too)
3 tbsp Honey
S/P to taste
Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until well combined.
